Job Description:

  • Oversee and lead audit compliance engagements.
  • Provide supervision and assignments to team members, review working papers completed by staff, and draft audit reports.
  • Responsible for coordinating all phases of the engagement, including the execution of the quotation, engagement letter, communications with the client, staffing requirements, deliverables, timelines, client availability, job planning, and scheduling.
  • Responsible for contact with management regarding audit scope, status, and findings.
  • Provide on-the-job training for staff.
  • Supervise findings and follow-up tasks with management and audit staff.
  • Participate in and/or lead assigned special projects or audit assignments.
  • Assess and provide feedback on staff performance for staff evaluations.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of related audit experience required.
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of audit principles and practices.
  • Strong people, project, and client management skills.
  • Coaching and counseling skills.
  • Ability to delegate work to others.
