A leading technology provider in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an Invoice Processing Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, resolving issues, and communicating with vendors. A college qualification in accounting is preferred, along with strong communication skills. Attention to detail is crucial. This role offers opportunities for growth and learning in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Candidate should have a college qualification preferably in accounting.
- Diligent and careful in work.
- Similar working experience is preferred.
Responsabilités
- Process supplier invoices into Oracle system.
- Research to resolve invoice issues.
- Communicate with vendors and buyers regarding invoices.
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
