Responsibilities

  • Support the customer master data maintenance task.
  • Post payments received from customer.

  • Handle enquiries from stakeholders & customers.
  • Participate in credit assessment for customers.
  • Contribute to Credit Committee and/or O2C Governance.

As Order to Cash Protégé in our Credit and Collection Team, you’ll be responsible for the processing of transactions related to the Order to Cash process such as Customer Master Data, Credit Management, Invoicing, Cash Application, Collection, and any other task assigned by the management. This position will provide the successful candidate a unique opportunity to learn the various processes in the O2C team and gain exposure working with Country Finance teams across the countries supported by O2C.

Main responsibilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Support the customer master data maintenance task such as creation of new customer
  • Post payments received from customer (cash application)
  • Perform daily sales orders reconciliation (if supporting Malaysia and Singapore)
  • Support collection activities such as sending Statement of Account
  • Assist in month‑end closing activities and reporting (AR Aging report, GL Reconciliation, and etc.)
  • Check mailbox and handle enquiries from stakeholders & customers
  • Actively participate in credit assessment for new and existing customer, perform periodic customer credit review, as well as customer portfolio risk
  • Contribute to Credit Committee and/or O2C Governance
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by Team Manager
About you
  • Language :Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin (both verbal and written), and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Functional Skills :Working Experience is not required as training will be provided
  • Technical :Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Excel
  • Interpersonal :Self‑motivated and ability to work independently
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent
