A staffing agency is seeking an Accounts cum Admin Assistant to handle daily accounting and logistics functions. Responsibilities include issuing invoices, maintaining stock records, and organizing documentation. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, be meticulous, and proficient in MS Word and Excel. This is a full-time position located in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
We are looking for an Accounts cum Admin Assistant to be responsible for the day‑to‑day accounting & logistics function within the company, reporting to the Senior Accounts Manager.
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field.
Team player with a positive work attitude, meticulous and able to work independently.
Ability to work in a fast‑pace environment.
Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
Working hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday), 10:00am to 1:00pm (Saturday)
Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor, MY
