As a member of the company, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our human resources team in various aspects of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Managing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
2. Coordinating and administering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
3. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance assessments.
4. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
6. Providing support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
7. Collaborating with other teams to address HR needs and promote a positive work culture.
8. Assisting in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
4. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in MS Office applications
