We’re looking for an HR Generalist in Rivoli (TO) and Luserna San Giovanni (TO) Locations.
To provide a comprehensive and professional service to the business in all aspects of human resources, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with legislation and employment law.
To provide the HR Manager support relating to HR Manager activities based on LV HQ, Technical center, and production plant.
To build upon and improve relationships with both internal and external bodies, ensuring best practice at all times and adherence to policies and procedures. Responsible for the day-to-day HR related matters, ensuring employee files are up to date, liaising with payroll regarding new starters, working closely with managers regarding all local recruitment and acting as a contact point for both internal and external clients.
Availability to spend 50% of the time in Rivoli and 50% in Luserna.
Education: University Degree
Experience:
Experience of working within an HR/recruitment environment. Strong impact and influencing skills and total deliver focus. Ability to build close working relationships with colleagues. Excellent communicator with a confident manner. Experience of using Microsoft packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Language Skills:
• Italian (fluency in reading, writing, and speaking)
• English (fluency in reading, writing, and speaking)
• Able to motivate, influence, and train people
• Ability to interact at all levels of the Organization.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal & written communication skills.
Technical skills:
• Excellent level of PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with using basic Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
