What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

1. Consult with Line Management and provide daily HR guidance.
2. Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
3. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
4. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
5. Provide HR policy guidance.
6. Develop training programs to improve employee knowledge and skills.
7. Design and conduct orientation programs for new hires to familiarize them with company culture, policies, and procedures.
8. Create and maintain employee development plans to support career growth.
9. Coordinate employee performance evaluations and career development plans.
10. Conduct performance evaluations to identify improvement areas and assist staff in meeting goals.
11. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
12. Suggest new HR strategies.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications…

• BS degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in HR.
• Proven experience with HR metrics.
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
• Comprehensive understanding of all HR functions.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical and goal-oriented mindset.
