🌟 West Point Hotel adalah salah satu hotel bintang 4 memiliki beberapa kamar dengan Japanese Concept modern yang siap melakukan re-opening! Kami mencari Account Receivable & Internal Audit yang teliti, jujur, profesional, dan berintegritas tinggi untuk mendukung team Finance & Accounting dalam memastikan kelancaran administrasi keuangan dan kepatuhan sesuai dengan SOP hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor all accounts receivable transactions (invoice, payment transactions or hotel room bookings, and aging report).
  • Receive and record payments from guests and front office, via cash, EDC, or giro checks.
  • Invoicing payments to corporate clients, travel agents, and hotel business partners.
  • Prepare and reconcile receivable reports with accounting system.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with hotel financial policies and systems.
  • Identify potential risks and inconsistencies in financial data, and provide corrective recommendations.
  • Support financial reporting and coordinate with Chief Accounting.
  • Verify all daily revenue from various departments.
  • Reconcile daily sales reports with cash report or bank mutation and night audit report to ensure no discrepancies.
  • Prepare daily reports summarizing all revenue and transactions that occur.
  • Ensure all daily transactions are posted correctly to the hotel system.
Qualifications
  • Minimum education: D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Internal Audit, preferably in hospitality industry.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and strong analytical skills.
  • Can work independently or in a team with high punctuality.
  • Non-smoker/Vape is a plus.
