A leading company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to enhance its HR Academy. The role involves developing training strategies, conducting training needs analysis, and leading the HR Academy team to implement comprehensive learning solutions. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and experience in developing training modules.
Develop annual strategies and plans for the HR Academy based on business needs and employee competency gaps.
Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and input from management.
Develop internal training modules (Soft Skill, leadership, Functional/Technical skills)
Provide regular reports on training achievements and improvement recommendations.
Lead and coach the HR Academy team, ensuring effective task delegation and team development.
Coordinate with department managers, other HR teams, and external parties (consultants/trainers).
Drive the implementation of digital learning solutions (LMS, webinars, e-learning).
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Experience in developing training modules and organizing company wide learning programs.
Familiarity with digital learning tools is a plus.
