Job description

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager B2B to join our team in Indonesia. This is a full-time on-site role placement in Indonesia. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing the commercial strategy within your designated area. You will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining current accounts in a designated area. In addition, this position will monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience (B2B) in lubricant / metalworking / heavy equipment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability

Able to develop and implement sales strategies and business plans

Provide technical expertise and support to our distributor, customers, addressing their needs and challenges.

Good understanding of the lubricant market and competition in Indonesia

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin/Hokkien is an advantage)

Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
