Atlantic Container Line is a dynamic and international import-export logistics and freight forwarding company established in 1999. We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated professional for the role of HRD Senior Supervisor to join our team.

Gran Rubina Business Park, 21st Floor

1. Responsible for recruitment, restructuring, training, employee motivation, and related HR functions.
2. Prepare attendance reports, BPJS, and other administrative tasks.
3. Monitor employee contracts, administration, leave, letters, and data management.
4. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure legal compliance.
5. Assist in planning and executing employee training and development programs.
6. Maintain accurate employee records and personal data, ensuring confidentiality and security.
7. Build good relationships with internal teams and external parties (employees, government agencies, etc.).
8. Ensure work culture and employee attitudes align with company regulations and procedures.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
2. 5-10 years of experience in HRD.
3. Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
4. Experience managing HR and general affairs.
5. Hard skills: UU Cipta Kerja, UU Ketenagakerjaan, HR Management System, HRIS, K3L, KPI, etc.
6. Soft skills: Leadership, discipline, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, result-driven, integrity, strategic agility, management skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
8. Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Mandarin speaking is a plus.
