We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to lead the HR administration and compliance functions. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of all personnel administration, particularly focused on payroll and mandatory social security programs, while contributing actively to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute the complete monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy in calculation, deductions, and timely distribution for all employees.
  • Managing end-to-end processes of BPJS including new employee registration, member data adjustment, accurate monthly billing verification, and compliance reporting.
  • Support the full cycle of the recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and seamless employee onboarding.
  • Proactively monitor and stay updated with current Indonesian labor laws and government regulations pertaining to HR practices, employment contracts, and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring all legal and company documents are properly filed and managed.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits (BPJS), and company policies in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a dedicated HR role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or senior administrative capacity.
  • Mandatory in-depth experience managing and executing end-to-end payroll management processes.
  • Expert knowledge of BPJS operational procedures (registration, monthly reports, billing reconciliation, and claim processes).
  • Solid experience in managing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and ensure all HR practices are compliant.
  • Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
