Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Front Office Operations
    • Manage daily front office activities, hosts, operators.
    • Ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, and on‑site coordination.
    • Be present during operational hours.
  • Guest Hosting & Experience
    • Welcome and host guests when required, handle requests and issues, provide immediate problem‑solving.
    • Act as first‑level escalation before Director involvement.
    • Maintain warm, professional, consistent service delivery.
    • Supervise team discipline, grooming, and service etiquette; coach on standards and communication.
  • Coordination & Communication
    • Coordinate daily operations with Food & Beverage, Drivers & Transport, Security.
    • Relay guest information accurately, update logs and daily notes, conduct shift handovers.
    • Report operational issues and escalations to the Director of Front Office Operations.
    • Support compliance with SOPs and service standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager.
  • Strong hands‑on hospitality background, comfortable managing on‑site teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Guest‑focused, calm, solution‑oriented, well‑presented and professional.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, peak periods.
