Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst to lead system analysis activities and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of system architecture, and close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful system implementation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and translate them into detailed system requirements and functional specifications
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, including workshops and interviews
• Design system solutions, workflows, and data models aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers throughout the SDLC
• Review and validate system designs, technical documents, and implementation results
• Ensure system integration, performance, scalability, and security requirements are met
• Support SIT and UAT processes by providing clarification and resolving requirement gaps
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level system analysts
• Prepare comprehensive documentation such as BRD, FRD, SRS, and system diagrams

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of system analysis methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Experience in system integration, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
• Ability to create UML diagrams (Use Case, Sequence, Activity, ERD)
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with banking, fintech, or enterprise systems is a plus
