Position: Board of Advisors

Organization: PT Rizqi Aulia Sejahtera (Rizqi Aulia Group)

Location: Yogyakarta, Indonesia (Sleman preferred) | Open to national & international advisors

Rizqi Aulia Group (PT Rizqi Aulia Sejahtera) is a purpose-driven Indonesian conglomerate founded and led by Ms. Arin Ike Kristanti, M.Pd. Our group integrates:

• Ulu Belu Nature – agroforestry and sustainable agriculture, producing indigenous and herbal raw ingredients.

Together, we are building a vertically integrated ecosystem that empowers local farmers, innovates in sustainable food production, and provides healthy, accessible food solutions for communities in Indonesia and beyond.

We believe that healthy, nutritious, and sustainable food is not a luxury — it is a right. By building from farm to table, Rizqi Aulia Group strives to:

• Improve global food security.
• Empower farming communities through agroforestry practices.
• Develop and scale healthy food innovation.
• Expand access to ASEAN and global markets.

As we grow from a small-scale producer to a global-impact company, we recognize the need for structured guidance. Ms. Arin, as Group CEO, has carried the responsibilities of founder, manager, and strategist. To help her focus on leadership and growth, we are forming an internal Board of Advisors.

The Board will:

• Provide mentorship and strategic advice to the CEO.
• Contribute expertise in agribusiness, sustainability, food production, branding, and finance.
• Actively engage in quarterly (or monthly) meetings — preferably in Yogyakarta/Sleman for physical sessions, though virtual participation is possible.

We welcome applications from experienced professionals who share our mission, especially those with expertise in:

• Agroforestry, agriculture, and sustainability
• FMCG, food innovation, and supply chain management
• Finance, corporate structuring, and investment
• Marketing, branding, and scaling consumer products
• International trade, e-commerce, and distribution
• Social impact and community development

At present, this is a voluntary, unpaid advisory role. As we scale, opportunities for equity, dividends, stipends, or profit sharing will become available. This is a chance to join early in a journey of building one of Indonesia’s next great sustainable enterprises.
