On behalf of our client, a well-known healthcare company focused on dental/clinic services to find a Human Capital Manager.

as Human Capital Manager you'll beResponsible for planning, managing, and executing the recruitment, selection, retention, development, performance assessment, and employee industrial relations processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Formulate strategies and work plans for the Human Capital Department and ensure their achievement, including budgeting and investment planning.
  • Design, manage, and control operational budgets.
  • Conduct workforce planning and design an effective recruitment and selection system.
  • Develop a salary structure and appropriate compensation system.
  • Plan employee development, including transfers and/or promotions, according to job needs.
  • Develop an effective performance evaluation system and ensure its implementation across all work units.
  • Design employee development programs, such as training, coaching, assignments, transfers, and promotions, based on data-driven identification.
  • Review workload analysis and ensure the accuracy of job descriptions for each position.
  • Support the companies business operations by enhancing employee productivity, fostering a positive work environment, and formulating new policies as needed.
  • Develop retention strategies and succession plans.
  • Coordinate with the Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Health, and other government institutions regarding employment-related responsibilities, such as labor permits, labor regulations, and social security programs (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan).
  • Handle labor-related issues faced by OMDC Group and propose solutions.
