A leading ICT solutions provider in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced HR Operation Manager to lead HR initiatives and ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Law. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of HR experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role. This role involves developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and overseeing company policies to drive a high-performance culture.
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both verbal and written).
Ability to work under pressure and manage high‑level confidential information.
Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure with a high degree of agility and proactivity.
About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Operation Manager with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to lead our Human Resources Operational department. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring they are aligned with our business objectives while fostering a high‑performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Industrial Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues; ensuring compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws (Omnibus Law/UU Cipta Kerja).
Performance Management: Drive the performance appraisal system (KPIs/OKRs) to monitor and improve employee productivity.
Policy Management: Develop and update company regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
