Responsibilities
- Establish, operate and Improve IT PMO governance frameworks, standards, process & control
- Manage project intake, prioritization and portfolio tracking
- Perform business and technical evaluation of IT initiatives before approval and post‑go live
- Translate business requirement into solution‑aligned project scopes
- Review & challenge: 1) Project plans, timelines, budgets and resource assumptions. 2) Technical architecture & delivery approach
- Ensure project follow SDLC, architecture, security and quality standard
- Monitor & Evaluate whether requirement truly require system development, system enhancement or process redesign instead of automation
- Track project performance & project estimates (Scope, cost, license, schedule, risk & dependency)
- Validate post‑implementation business benefit and value realization
- Ensure project follow SDLC best practices (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) with appropriate documentation & control
- Bridge communication, technical proposal, process, monitoring and evaluation among Business, IT Delivery, Architecture & Vendors
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor Degree in IT & Business Management (Other Educational Background with related experience will be considered)
- Certified of Learning & Training Experience in Project Management Methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid)
- Very good skill in English is a mandatory
- Strong analytical & structured thinking
- Excellent stakeholder and senior management communication
- High integrity and independence for governance role
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and cross‑functional conflict
- Be able to coach teams on delivery discipline and best practices
- Leadership Mindset (Mandatory for Section Head)
- Good knowledge & skill in PMO Governance, portfolio & management training
- Good knowledge & skill in Business Analysis & Business Process Reengineering (BPR) & Business Evaluation
- Good knowledge & skill in Digital Transformation / Enterprise Architecture Fundamentals
- Good knowledge & skill in Financial & Business Evaluation (ROI, TCO, Cost‑Benefit Analysis)
- Good knowledge & skill in Risk Management & IT Governance (COBIT or Equivalent)
- Good knowledge & skill in System & Architecture Understanding
