Job summary
A reputable hospitality entity in Tangerang is seeking a manager to oversee the pool and recreational activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in wellness or fitness within a hotel/resort context. Responsibilities include managing operations, planning events, and enhancing service offerings. The role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to guest engagement. This position is located at Damai Indah Golf - BSD.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a recreation or wellness hotel/resort.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a guest-oriented approach.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health and recreation trends in the hospitality industry.
- Energetic, creative, and proactive personality.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operation of the pool and recreational activities.
- Plan and oversee events, programs, and tournaments.
- Enhance programs and services continuously.
Skills
Manage the overall operation of the pool, recreational, staffing activities, and maintenance of facilities and oversee the planning and activities, events, programs, tournaments, and activity participation to continuously enhance programs and services.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the recreation, wellness, or fitness hotel/resort.

This position will be assigned at Damai Indah Golf – BSD (Tangerang Selatan).
