The successful candidate will teach Cambridge Primary, IGCSE and A Level Computer Science, introduce students to programming, computational thinking, and robotics, and inspire them to explore technology-driven problem solving.
- Teach Computer Science (Cambridge Primary, IGCSE & A Level) following the Cambridge International Curriculum.
- Deliver engaging lessons in programming, algorithms, software development, and data structures.
- Lead and develop robotics classes and clubs, guiding students in coding, building, and engineering robots for competitions or projects.
- Integrate technology-enhanced learning using Apple platforms and other innovative tools.
- Develop lesson plans, assessments, and projects that foster creativity and critical thinking.
- Support students in preparing for Cambridge examinations and technology-related competitions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the ICT and STEM curriculum across grade levels.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in computer science, AI, and robotics education.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Teaching qualification or proven experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE & A Level Computer Science preferred.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) and educational robotics platforms (e.g., MBot MakeX).
