Identify and approach new potential customers for air freight, sea freight, trucking, and customs clearance services. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring continuous business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
  • Identify and approach new potential customers for air freight, sea freight, trucking, and customs clearance services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring continuous business opportunities.
Client Management
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients by understanding their logistics needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct regular visits, meetings, and presentations to clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on proposals to secure business.
  • Liaise with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Quotation & Pricing
  • Coordinate with internal pricing teams or overseas agents to obtain competitive rates.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers.
  • Negotiate rates and terms to maximize profit margins.
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to management regarding product development or pricing improvements.
Reporting
  • Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and visit schedules to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
