Qualifications

Regional Recruiter (Southeast Asia) – Aesthetic Industry

We are looking for a highly skilled Regional Recruiter who is experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment across Southeast Asia, especially for the aesthetic, beauty, or medical device industry. This role requires strong sourcing ability, excellent communication skills, and the capability to identify high-quality talents across multiple SEA countries.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple Southeast Asia countries (Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, etc.).
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions across the aesthetic industry.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across SEA markets.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Post job ads, manage recruitment platforms, and explore new hiring channels.
• Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate tracking systems.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in the Aesthetic Industry or a related field.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills with the ability to identify, attract and secure top talent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to effectively collaborate with hiring managers.
• Hands-on experience using various recruitment tools and technologies to optimize the hiring process.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices across Southeast Asia.
• Fluency in English and at least one other Southeast Asian language (e.g. Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai).
• A passion for talent acquisition and a keen interest in the Aesthetic Industry and its growth potential.
