Responsibilities

• Research and Analysis: Study maritime industry trends, sea transhipment statistics, and logistics technology integration.
• Business Plan: Develop a detailed and growth strategies business plan that includes an environmental impact assessment, logistics analysis and projections for costs and revenues.
• Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and adhere to share allocation as stipulated by Indonesian shipping laws, prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law‑established rules and guidelines.
• Market and Customer Insights: Engage with the existing and prospective customers (in tandem with the marketing division), responsible for the development of the company’s services, competitors, and business position in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any field.
• Mandarin and English fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience as business development, marketing, or a similar position in the shipping industry.
• Good understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the shipping industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
