What you’ll do:
  • Grow Lalamove offline presence on the street by continuously increasing the number of Lalamove sticker drivers and Lalabag.
  • Manage all offline presence operations activity consisting of acquisition and retention of Lalamove Sticker Drivers.
  • Maintain driver communication initiatives (phone call, WA, and in‑app notification) in relation to inviting drivers to come to hubs and educating them about sticker SOP.
  • Lead and monitor the team of 3 driver operation supports.
  • Be in charge of the offline presence inventory (stock availability for sticker & Lalabag, weekly stock inventory) and distributions.
  • Report to Offline Presence Lead.
