About the role

We are seeking an experienced Air Freight & Sea Freight Customer Service professional to join our team at PT. Dayaguna Maritim Cargotama' in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time role that will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued air freight clients.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely, accurate and efficient service
• Coordinating air freight shipments and managing all aspects of the customer experience
• Identifying and resolving customer issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to all customer interactions and air freight shipments
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of air freight services
• Continuously looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiency
