As a Officer Technical Service managing the Tangerang area at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in being responsible for implementing good quality after-sales service and meeting customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain high standards of after-sales service.
• Follow established operating procedures to ensure consistent quality.
• Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, understand their needs, address concerns, and provide personalized support.
• Act as a bridge between technical aspects and customer satisfaction.

What you will bring to the team:

• Min. Diploma 3 Biomedical Engineer (D3 ATEM) or majoring in Electronic or Technical.
• Proven experience in technical services, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
• Ability to understand technical products related to the principle of technology, diagram flow, block diagram, and the operation of product/machine to equip technicians for performing service activities such as installation, maintenance, and solving problems.
• Ability to provide better and standard service based on customer experience's journey that interacts with our technical service team.
