Bachelor's level degree required and with at least 2 years of work experience in partnership, sales, business development, account management, and client support.

Experience in logistics is a plus.

Superb people skills and experience working with multiple teams or on multiple projects simultaneously.

Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to details.

Well-organized and efficient while working on multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Proven experience in growing and managing relationships with business partners.

Strong business acumen and ability to solve problems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional fluency in Bahasa and English.
