• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in NPD, R&D, or Product Development within the FMCG or food industry.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) — required for collaboration with global teams and partners.
• Strong analytical, creative, and project management capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with cross-functional working environments.

• Experience in confectionery, snack, or FMCG innovation.
• Knowledge of BPOM regulations and international product registration.
• Familiar with design thinking and consumer insight analysis tools
