- Manage the daily sales and marketing performance of multiple branches.
- Ensure each branch meets its student enrolment and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive student acquisition and retention.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure long-term business success.
- Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in any field, with a strong interest in business and management.
- Good in negotiate and problem solving skills.
- Highly motivate in Business Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to think strategically and drive business initiatives forward.
- Previous experience at Education Company will be considered a plus.
