Job summary
A leading textile manufacturer in Bandung is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to develop PR strategies and manage influencer relationships. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in PR or brand strategy, excellent communication skills, and a strong network in the media. This role offers opportunities for on-site collaboration and growth in a dynamic environment.

- Develop and execute PR, community, and brand communication strategies.
- Build relationships with media, influencers, KOLs, and community leaders.
- Monitor industry trends and plan brand activations.

- Develop and execute PR, community, and brand communication strategies.
- Build relationships with media, influencers, KOLs, and community leaders.
- Lead press releases, campaigns, activations, and storytelling.
- Manage influencer/KOL collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Support the marketing team with creative concepts and brand narratives.
- Monitor industry trends and plan brand activations (launches, collaborations, events).
- 3+ years in PR, marketing communications, or brand strategy.
- Strong network with media, influencers, and communities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Experience in outreach, sponsorships, and influencer/KOL management.
- Knowledge of PR tools, digital communication, and fashion/lifestyle trends.
- English proficiency and willingness to work on-site in Bandung (Rancaekek).
