ACCOUNTING STAFF (ACCOUNT PAYABLE)
Job summary
A leading fibreboard manufacturer located in Jakarta Utara is seeking a qualified Accounting Staff to manage daily journal transactions, prepare financial statements, and perform bank reconciliations. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, have a minimum of 2 years accounting experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Fluency in Mandarin is required. The company offers opportunities for growth within a reputable business group.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, with experience in Account Payable (AP).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting and taxation principles.
- Able to work under deadlines and collaborate in a team.
Responsibilities
- Record and review daily journal transactions.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and match transaction data.
- Manage and organize financial documents.
- Assist internal and external audit processes.
- Handle other finance-related administrative tasks as required.
