Skills
Nebo Rental Management is looking for a Property Scout based in Bali to help expand our villa network. This role involves scouting in popular areas of Bali, collecting owner contacts, and building a structured property database for villas to be invited into Nebo Rental Management’s villa rental programme.
- Scout popular areas of Bali to identify potential villas
- Collect accurate owner information (name, contact, address)
- Take clear property photos and prepare field notes
- Build and maintain an organised property database
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team
- Based in Bali and willing to cover popular areas
- Proficient in English (oral & written)
- Communicative, professional, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable using a smartphone, Google Maps, and basic apps (WhatsApp, spreadsheets)
- Must have a motorbike
