• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure payments compliance with company regulation
• Compliance & Auditing:
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Reporting:
  • Prepare timely financial reports and present findings to management.
• Cash Flow Management:
  • Oversee cash flow
• Tax:
  • Calculating, filing, and submitting tax returns and other tax-related documents (WHT, CIT, VAT)
  • Handle Coretax-related tasks, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Create Faktur Pajak and Bukti Potong.
  • Liaise with tax consultant for annual tax report and provide necessary documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
• Taxation knowledge is a must (Pph21.23, 25, 4(2),26,VAT/PPN, Corporate Tax) Having brevet A & B is an advantage.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
• Familiar with ERP System
• Having good attitude, initiative, good planning and organizing skills, time management skills and detail oriented
• Able to work under pressure and attention to details
• Language : Mandarin is a must (active) and English
