Monroe Consulting Group is currently hiring on behalf of our client, an international data center company looking to onboard a Electrical Engineer Lead with expertise in electrical engineer design for data center buildin g. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and requires high mobility.

• Drive the development of new greenfield and brownfield data centers.
• Support data center renovation projects and the integration of additional services within existing data halls.
• Lead and collaborate with project teams in creating conceptual design proposals.
• Prepare prospectus documents for proposed design solutions.
• Oversee and coordinate with lead design consultants to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all designs and documentation.
• Adhere to established procedures and secure required approvals.
• Develop new procedures where necessary to improve project efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate project documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related or site-specific issues.
• Review and validate cross-disciplinary designs, including electrical systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering consultancy and/or electrical infrastructure construction.
• Professional Engineer license or chartered status is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to delegate, monitor, and review tasks effectively.
• Professional presence with confidence in client-facing interactions.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and equipped with excellent communication skills.
