As a Sales Supervisor Food Products at PT Signa Husada, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our diverse range of food products in the Jakarta region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales targets.

• Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring to ensure they achieve their individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive the sales of food products in the Jakarta market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive product sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Analyse sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions and improve sales performance.
• Participate in the development and implementation of sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role within the food products industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales representatives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a deep understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or Sales Management.
