Job summary
A travel management company based in Bali, Indonesia is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage daily financial operations, ensure reporting accuracy, and support accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a D3 Accounting degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and be proficient with accounting software and Excel. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in handling accounting tasks efficiently.

The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting the company’s accounting processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and financial records maintenance.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process transactions, invoices, and payments in a timely manner.
- Use accounting software and Excel for financial data processing and reporting.
- Providing accurate financial documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve accounting-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum education: D3 Accounting.
- Have work experience in the same position for at least 1 year.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, can manage accounting tasks efficiently and on time, and have good communication skills.
