What your current role should be like?

• Collaborating with the marketing and analytics teams to manage customer campaigns, retention strategies, and user engagement programs.
• Utilizing CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to implement and track performance for all CRM-related initiatives.
• Managing customer data to generate actionable insights, improve targeting, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Executing personalized in-app user journey, email marketing, push notifications, and SMS campaigns to improve customer retention and loyalty.
• Supporting cross-functional teams with data and reports to optimize business decisions.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to boost customer retention and engagement rates.
• Analyze CRM campaign performance to optimize and scale efforts for maximum ROI.
• Partner with the product and analytics teams to integrate user insights into customer communication strategies.
• Act as the point of contact for CRM-related queries, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
• Maintain and improve the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements

What do you have?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of CRM experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup or e-commerce environment.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders across teams.
