What your current role should be like?

  • Collaborating with the marketing and analytics teams to manage customer campaigns, retention strategies, and user engagement programs.
  • Utilizing CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to implement and track performance for all CRM-related initiatives.
  • Managing customer data to generate actionable insights, improve targeting, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Executing personalized in-app user journey, email marketing, push notifications, and SMS campaigns to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams with data and reports to optimize business decisions.

What will you do?
