- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in restaurant or F&B service
- Well-groomed, polite, and maintains personal hygiene and neat appearance
- Good communication skills and strong customer service orientation
- Fast, disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a team under shift systems
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, inform guests of ongoing promotions, and take accurate orders
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain outlet cleanliness
- Ensure every guest feels welcome and satisfied throughout their dining experience
