Demand Planning Manager
Job summary
A leading healthcare distribution company in Indonesia is seeking a professional for demand planning. The role involves overseeing the demand planning process, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical distribution. The company offers a dynamic workplace across its many branches in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning in pharmaceutical or medical distribution.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills required.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the demand planning and distribution process.
- Analyze sales data and market trends for demand forecasts.
- Prepare and present demand reports with insights and recommendations.
Skills
Education
- Lead and manage the demand planning process & Distribution process to branches.
- Collaborate with Principle Manager to align demand forecasts with business strategies and market trends.
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to create accurate demand plans.
- Monitor and adjust distribution quantities to avoid overstocking or stockouts at branches.
- Maintain close communication with Principles, logistics teams, and other stakeholders to ensure product availability.
- Manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Prepare and present regular demand reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Continuously improve demand forecasting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical distribution
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
