Job Description – Beauty Product Marketing

Position: Beauty Product Marketing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: South Jakarta - DKI Jakarta

PT CES Resources Indonesia is looking for a female candidate (preferred) who is passionate about the beauty industry and ready to build her career in beauty product marketing. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, establishing strong relationships with retail partners, and ensuring our products reach a wide market effectively.

• Develop and execute creative and effective marketing strategies for beauty products.
• Build and expand connections with major retail partners and beauty stores such as Sociolla, Sephora, Guardian, Watson, and others.
• Negotiate, coordinate, and manage relationships with retail partners to boost sales performance.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing progress and sales performance to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, branding, and distribution) to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty industry (cosmetics, skincare, or beauty retail).
• Have strong network/connection with beauty retailers and modern beauty stores such as Sociolla, Guardian or Watson (preferred).
• Creative, communicative, and excellent in negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of leadership.
• Willing to work full-time.
