A leading sales company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced sales professional to generate new sales opportunities through various channels. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of sales experience and a Bachelor's degree, with strong skills in strategy development and collaboration. Proficiency in English is essential. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails (Telemarketing, WhatsApp, Email).
Provide product/service information and pitch using prepared scripts; adjust scripts based on customer needs.
Follow up inbound leads and pass qualified prospects to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure.
Manage record-keeping using internal systems and CRM (Salesforce).
Achieve call/reach targets and meet assigned sales quotas.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
Bachelor’s degree from any major.
Strong sales strategy development and execution skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.
