Job summary
A leading energy company in Indonesia is seeking a Business Supervisor responsible for maintaining government relations and managing project partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, fluency in Mandarin and English, and strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities
- Maintain government relations and manage partnerships for projects.
- Oversee business permit applications and manage certification processes.
- Prepare and monitor government grant applications and collaborations.
Skills
Education
Responsible for maintaining government relations for the company's platform and facilitating the implementation and partnerships for ongoing projects.
Overseeing business permit applications for new projects, handling various permits and certifications, managing visa processes, and coordinating factory construction.
Preparing government grant/proposal applications, monitoring the implementation and acceptance of government collaboration projects, and assisting in communication, coordination, and acceptance with relevant government agencies.
Collecting, managing, analyzing, and providing timely feedback on relevant industry policy information.
Managing company qualification certification and other related matters.
Conducting business receptions and accompanying clients or officials during factory audits/inspections.
- Proven track record of success in new business development or sales within the Sales industry.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Have license and can drive a car.
- Willing to be placed in PIK (Jakarta).
