A leading FMCG company in Indonesia is seeking a SAP Production Admin & Inventory Control specialist. You will be responsible for managing SAP production activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring data accuracy. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a production administration role within manufacturing, strong SAP knowledge, and proficiency in data analysis tools like PowerBI.
Responsible for whole SAP production related activities, including data recapitulation, stock opname and production transaction
Coordinate production admin teams to carry out entire production administration activities in productions.
Align with Production Supervisor regarding BOM transaction and update
Conduct PR/PO creation to support production activities
Provide data accuracy in the entire production transaction and able to find any variance
Regularly review procedure and SOP of data transaction and align with Production Supervisor and factory control team to check transaction compliance and accuracy
Provide data regular comprehensive data analysis in daily Production Report using data analysis tools like PowerBI, Tableu etc.)
RequirementsMinimum 3 years in production administration role preferably from manufacturing FMCG
Strong SAP and data analytic background and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Diploma degree in any major, preferably in Administration/Finance/Accounting
Proficiency in using MS Office
Able to use data analytic software like PowerBI
