As a Project Manager (Software) at PT Hitachi eBworx Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in leading the successful delivery of complex software projects. Reporting to the senior management, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and control. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Pusat.

What you'll do:

• Manage daily operations and end-to-end implementation of projects.
• Plan, execute, and adapt project work to meet changing needs.
• Minimize risks and ensure compliance with project standards and methodology.
• Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of implementations.
• Lead and develop your team while fostering teamwork and professional growth.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and teams to ensure focused, successful project delivery.

What is needed from you:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
• 3+ years of project management experience in customer-facing solutions.
• Strong skills in budgeting, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

You’ll stand out if:

• You have experience in software application implementation.
• You hold formal project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.).
