Our mission is to open doors through education, and we need an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition strategy.

We need a data‑driven leader to oversee our performance marketing ecosystem. This is a 3‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

• Drive measurable growth across all digital channels.
• Take full ownership of paid channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) and SEO, focusing on quality lead volume while reducing CPL.
• Develop, manage, and forecast paid media budget, achieving aggressive ROI targets.
• Coordinate channel specialists, agencies, and partners to align activities with business goals.
• Integrate paid media with organic strategy and brand guidelines across the marketing mix.
• Establish a rigorous testing framework for ad creatives, copy, and audience segments.
• Own conversion rate optimisation across landing pages and user journey.
• Direct the creative team with data‑backed briefs to improve e‑learning sector messaging.
• Maintain accurate tracking and attribution (Google Analytics, Meta reporting, etc.).
• Develop and present performance forecasts to senior management.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Define post‑acquisition lead nurturing strategy.

• 3+ years in a performance marketing role with managerial experience.
• Experience leading teams of 3‑5 people.
• Strong track record managing large‑budget Meta Ads campaigns with tough lead generation and ROI goals.
• Deep competence in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Expert‑level data analysis and attribution tools (Google Analytics, advanced tracking).
• Proven ability to manage complex digital funnels and conversion strategies.
• Preferred: experience in e‑learning or education sector.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
