Responsibilities

• Build annual/quarterly brand & marketing plans and a campaign calendar with clear channel targets.
• Manage budgets for media and activation to optimize ROI/ROMI.
• Build, coach, and evaluate the marketing team; uphold brand governance (tone, visual system, claims).
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Partnership for forecasting, stock readiness, and campaign execution.
