The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 4-5 years of experience in B2B business development. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth, focusing on expanding market presence and identifying new revenue opportunities in the logistic sector.
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders in the B2B industry, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and B2B customer needs, providing insights for the company's service offerings and growth initiatives.
Lead and negotiate high-value B2B deals and contracts effectively to meet or exceed sales targets and secure profitable revenue streams.
Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to align business goals, deliver comprehensive logistics solutions, and provide regular updates on business performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in B2B business development, Key Account Management, or Sales.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the proven ability to influence and close high-value deals effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
