Indonesia 2026 Campus Hiring Position(Only students who would graduate in 2025 or 2026 could apply)
- Marketing Strategy Support: Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and key messaging for new and existing products.
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct market trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insight gathering to support product planning and campaigns, including market surveys.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement online and offline marketing activities, events, and promotions.
- Content Development: Support in product copywriting, presentation decks (PPT/Keynote), and paperwork for new product launches and product-related activities.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in collecting and analyzing campaign performance data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, PR, e-commerce, and social media teams, project teams, creative teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and well‑executed.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in consumer electronics, smartphones, and AIoT products.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with digital marketing tools.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
