A logistics company in Jakarta is seeking a Business Development professional to identify new opportunities, especially from Chinese and Taiwanese companies. Responsibilities include sales activities, achieving sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate has an S1 degree in Marketing Business or related fields, at least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, and fluency in both English and Mandarin.

Sales Target Achievement; Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Sales Closing; Negotiate contract/quotation, close deals, and ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
Reporting, Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market insights direct to superiors (Asst. Manager and Japanese Manager).
