The Role
We are seeking a data-driven leader to oversee our performance marketing ecosystem. This role is crucial for translating our business objectives into a strong, multi-channel digital strategy, ensuring smart spending, demonstrable ROI, and high-quality lead generation.
This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
Location: Fully Remote – Asia
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM BST/GMT
You will be the central point of accountability for driving measurable growth across all digital channels.
3+ years in a performance marketing role with proven managerial experience. Focus on scaling paid acquisition and managing multi-channel strategies.
Experience leading teams of 3-5 people in a performance marketing environment.
A strong history of managing and growing large-budget Meta Ads campaigns, meeting tough lead generation and ROI goals.
Deep competence in managing digital advertising platforms including Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Expert-level skills in data analysis and attribution tools, including Google Analytics and advanced tracking methods.
Demonstrable expertise in managing complex digital marketing funnels and conversion strategies.
Preferred: Prior experience in the e-learning or education sector.
