We’re a forward-thinking e-learning platform offering fully funded Level 2 courses to adult learners across England. Our mission is to open doors through education, and we need an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition strategy.

The Role

We are seeking a data-driven leader to oversee our performance marketing ecosystem. This role is crucial for translating our business objectives into a strong, multi-channel digital strategy, ensuring smart spending, demonstrable ROI, and high-quality lead generation.

This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

Location: Fully Remote – Asia

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM BST/GMT

Key Responsibilities

You will be the central point of accountability for driving measurable growth across all digital channels.

  • Performance Leadership & Strategy
  • Acquisition Ownership: Take full ownership of all paid channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) and SEO, focusing on maximizing quality lead volume while reducing the Cost Per Lead (CPL).
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and accurately forecast the paid media budget, making strategic decisions on spend allocation to hit aggressive ROI targets.
  • Team & Resource Coordination: Oversee channel specialists, external partners, or agencies, ensuring all activity is efficiently coordinated and aligned with business goals.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration between paid media, organic strategy, and brand guidelines across the marketing mix.
  • Testing Framework: Establish a rigorous continuous testing framework for ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to unlock new scaling opportunities.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Own the strategy for improving conversion rates across landing pages and the overall user journey to boost lead generation efficiency.
  • Creative Direction: Provide clear, data-backed briefs and direction to the creative team on assets and messaging proven to convert within the e-learning sector.
  • Tracking & Attribution: Ensure accurate data tracking and attribution across all channels (Google Analytics, Meta reporting, etc.) to maintain a clear view of performance.
  • Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Develop and present monthly or quarterly performance forecasts to senior management, providing clear reporting on results and strategic recommendations for scaling.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging channels.
  • Nurturing Strategy: Define the strategic requirements for post-acquisition lead nurturing, ensuring effective transition of leads into the CRM and email flow for successful enrollment.
What We Are Looking For

3+ years in a performance marketing role with proven managerial experience. Focus on scaling paid acquisition and managing multi-channel strategies.

Experience leading teams of 3-5 people in a performance marketing environment.

A strong history of managing and growing large-budget Meta Ads campaigns, meeting tough lead generation and ROI goals.

Deep competence in managing digital advertising platforms including Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Expert-level skills in data analysis and attribution tools, including Google Analytics and advanced tracking methods.

Demonstrable expertise in managing complex digital marketing funnels and conversion strategies.

Preferred: Prior experience in the e-learning or education sector.
